&lt;/span&gt;compre un libro de "Tulipes gourmandes".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Las "tulipes" se pueden hacer con diferentes pastas en este caso utilizaremos las hojas de brick &lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;que permiten trabajar fácilmente las "tulipes"&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;, consiguiendo&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;un resultado sorprendente simplemente&amp;nbsp; utilizando dos hojas superpuestas&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;y&amp;nbsp;parece&amp;nbsp;una flor, de aquí viene su nombre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Puedas hacerlas de cualquier tamaño, utilizando cualquier molde&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;el ajo ( 6 piezas) y cortar los tomates a dados pequeños y separar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Cocinar la carne&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; de mantequilla &lt;br /&gt;400 grs. de azúcar glasé&lt;br /&gt;3 huevos &lt;br /&gt;Sal &lt;br /&gt;1 kilo de harina &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mezclar&amp;nbsp; la mantequilla con el azúcar , añadir&amp;nbsp; huevos&amp;nbsp;y mezclarlo y después añadir un poco de sal&amp;nbsp;, harina y mezclarlo todo de nuevo .&lt;br /&gt;Estirar la masa que quede de un grosor&amp;nbsp; de unos 3 &lt;metricconverter productid="-5 cm" w:st="on"&gt;-5 cm&lt;/metricconverter&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;la mantequilla con el azúcar , añadir&amp;nbsp; huevos&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;y mezclarlo y despues añadir&lt;/span&gt; un poco de sal&amp;nbsp;, harina y mezclarlo todo de nuevo .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Estirar la masa que quede de un grosor&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;de unos 3 &lt;metricconverter productid="-5 cm" w:st="on"&gt;-5 cm&lt;/metricconverter&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;y darle la forma con el&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;molde de las galletas escogido.Ponerlo en safatas de horno y dejarlo&amp;nbsp; descansar 24 horas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Despues ponerlas en el horno a 180 º ( una vez precalentado )&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;y sacarlas cuando estén doradas , en mi&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;horno&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;son&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;unos 12 minutos . Se sacan del horno y se dejan a temperatura ambiente&amp;nbsp; cuando estan frias se guardan en un lugar hermetico cerrado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Para la cobertura , fundir &lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;el chocolate al baño maria hasta que llegue a unos 45 ºC .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;En el caso del chocolate blanco hay la opcion de poner un poco de vainilla encima .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;El chocolate se tiene que&amp;nbsp;poner&amp;nbsp; encima de un mármol a unos 28&amp;nbsp;ºC ( la blanca )&amp;nbsp; o 32 ºC (las otras) sino el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt; color no queda del todo uniforme .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En mi caso las he puesto encima del marmol&amp;nbsp; directamente&amp;nbsp; y posteriormente he&amp;nbsp;cogido &lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;las galletas&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;, una a una , y&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;de arriba hacia abajo hacer que el chocolate quede impregnado en&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;la galleta y antes de que &lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;se cristalice se le añaden las avellanas , nueces, pistachos , trocitos de naranja…. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; café de speculaas o especias &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las especias que se usan para hacer las &lt;i&gt;Speculaas&lt;/i&gt; son la principal característica distintiva de estas galletas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se trata de una mezcla de&amp;nbsp; especias : &lt;br /&gt;canela (30 gramos),nuez moscada (10 gramos) ,clavo&amp;nbsp; (10 gramos) ,y pimienta blanca ( 5 gramos )&lt;br /&gt;puedes ponerle tambien jengibre y cardamomo &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno a 180ºC&amp;nbsp; Os adjunto la&amp;nbsp; receta y unas imagenes del curso&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 5 huevos &lt;br /&gt;-150 grs de azucar&lt;br /&gt;-60 gramos de harina &lt;br /&gt;-40 gramos de maicena &lt;br /&gt;-15 a 20 gramos de cacao en polvo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno a &lt;metricconverter productid="160ﾺC" w:st="on"&gt;160ºC&lt;/metricconverter&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para hacer la base&amp;nbsp;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se tiene que separar las claras de las yemas&amp;nbsp; y batir las&amp;nbsp; claras a punto de nieve .&lt;br /&gt;Incorporar el azucar&amp;nbsp; y&amp;nbsp; las yemas,&amp;nbsp; y seguir batiendo.Finalmente incorporar la mezcla de harina y maicena .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para hacer el dibujo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1- Tiene que estar&amp;nbsp; previamente diseñado&amp;nbsp; en una hoja de papel de cocina .&lt;br /&gt;2- Separar un poco de&amp;nbsp; la mezcla de la base&amp;nbsp; e incorporar suavemente el cacao en polvo.&lt;br /&gt;3- Llenar una manga con esa mezcla y hacer el dibujo elegido&lt;br /&gt;4- Hornear el diseño de chocolate unos segundos ( 30-40) en el horno &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una vez el dibujo esta hecho y ha sido horneado ,con cuidado verter el resto de la mezcla&amp;nbsp; encima del dibujo y hornearlo de 8-10 minutos&amp;nbsp; ( en mi horno 165ºC , 8 minutos ) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como he comentado anteriormente , el relleno&amp;nbsp;d&lt;span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language: CA;"&gt;el brazo&amp;nbsp;puede hacerse con lo que&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Para hacer la base&amp;nbsp; se tiene que separar las claras de las yemas&amp;nbsp; y batir las&amp;nbsp; claras a punto de nieve .&lt;br /&gt;Incorporar el azucar&amp;nbsp; y&amp;nbsp; las yemas,&amp;nbsp; Es el momento de mezclar la harina incorporada con la sal, se la tamiza y se le añade a la masa. Finalmente se hace una bola con las manos y se envuelve en papel y se mete en la nevera como mínimo una hora . Se estira la masa&amp;nbsp; y se hacen las figuras con el cortador de galletas elegido, colocarlas sobre&amp;nbsp;el papel del horno y hornearlas&amp;nbsp;.
